Work Experience:
1977-1992---General practice of law (with emphasis on ski area development, land use planning and environmental regulation, representing numerous Vermont ski resorts);
1985-1989---Co-founder and co-director of Project Harmony, now PH International, (the first and the largest student and teacher exchange between the United States and the former Soviet Republics) http://www.ph-int.org/page_ml/584/
1987-1992---Co-founder and partner (with Sputnik, the Soviet Youth Travel Bureau), of one of the first five Soviet American joint ventures;
1993-2005---General Counsel, Vermont Ski Areas Association, responsible for representing Vermont’s sixteen largest alpine ski resorts before all State government agencies including the Agency of Natural Resources, the Public Service Board, Department of Labor and Industry and Water Resources Board.
2006-2014—Managed small, not for profit, horse ranch and fly fishing lodge in Ennis, Montana. Part time dishwasher, Ennis Café.
2014-pesent---Returned home to Greensboro, Vermont. Continued practice of law, primarily pro bono. Was part of team that challenged Act 46 (unsuccessfully with za 3-2 decision) before the Vermont Supreme Court,
