If this is the way the state is conducting business with companies like Keurig it is time an audit was required of all the transfers made to Keurig and an accounting of them presented to the taxpayers. Either through the banks used, the checks paid or computer transfers of cash made there has got to be a record and it needs to be examined and published. Clearly the law needs to be changed to make all such payments, in fact any payments, made by the state to any party easily traceable. Just how many administrations have been involved in this thievery?
